Responsibilities

• Set qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner

• Follow provided call scripts and objection‑handling prompts consistently

• Log call notes, outcomes, and callback schedules accurately in the lead platform

• Work through assigned call lists efficiently while maintaining daily call volume

• Use an integrated dialer system to manage high-volume outbound calling

• Communicate prospect feedback and common objections back to the team

• Maintain accurate records to support performance tracking and reporting

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting
