Job summary

UnionBank is seeking a CMS Onboarding Officer to lead end-to-end onboarding of Cash Management Services for corporate clients. You will oversee pre-implementation discussions, system setup, testing, training, pilot transactions, and turnover to support teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, and client teams to ensure on-time delivery, compliance with SLAs, and high client satisfaction. Strong project coordination and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in CMS onboarding, onboarding, transaction banking, or corporate banking operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding and pre-implementation meetings to define scope and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients via email/phone/virtual meetings to confirm requirements.
• Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, timelines, and tracking reports.
• Review requirements and determine standard vs customized delivery; coordinate with internal teams for assessments.
• Facilitate UAT and user training; ensure clients can use CMS solutions effectively.
• Obtain client sign-off and turnover to support teams after onboarding.
