Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a CMS Onboarding Officer to manage onboarding and client support for Cash Management Products per product specs and implementation procedures. You will work closely with product and sales teams to deliver exceptional service, risk management, and promote the Maybank brand by coordinating across units.

The role includes coordinating enrollment, installation, training, and materials for technical support, while continually seeking process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer/IT related field.
At least 2 years Cash Management Implementation experience.
Experience in product/service implementation of Cash Management services or related products.
Good understanding of IT programs and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
VBA knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating product implementation activities (enrollment, installation, training).
Prepare installers, converters, and materials for technical support activities.
Review activity schedules to ensure completeness of work.
Support CMS Sales through customer training.
Provide and implement process improvements.
Support product team with product improvements.
Study how to improve systems to meet customer needs.
Provide updates on deals received.
Provide technical support on Cash Management Products.
Support cross-selling initiatives.
