Job summary

Union Bank of the Philippines is seeking a CMS Onboarding Officer to coordinate end-to-end implementation for client solutions, from pre-implementation to turnover. You will lead meetings, document timelines, perform technical assessments, and ensure timely delivery aligned with product standards.

The role includes user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and coordinating with internal teams to meet SLAs and client satisfaction in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education in banking or related field.
• Experience with CMS implementation is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-implementation meetings and gather client requirements.
• Coordinate implementation activities and document timelines.
• Conduct technical assessments and coordinate with units for delivery.
• Perform UAT planning, scheduling, and client training.
• Manage pilot transactions and ensure smooth turnover.
