Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Implementation Officer to address client requirements for transaction banking solutions, ensure policy-compliant delivery, and train clients on the bank's platforms. The role collaborates with internal partners to promote strategic initiatives and contribute to growth while delivering excellent customer experience.

The position is Junior Officer level within the Institutional Transaction Banking Group, based at The Shops, Northern Bonifacio District, Taguig City.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in an implementation role in banking.
• Strong technical skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, API/Host to Host, installation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Position: Junior Officer in Institutional Transaction Banking Group.
• Location: The Shops, Northern Bonifacio District, Taguig City.
