Position Title:Implementation Officer

Job Summary :

• Addresses the requirements of clients in utilizing the bank’s transaction banking solutions.
• Ensures that product/service delivery complies with the bank’s policies and procedures.
• Conducts training for clients to ensure sufficient knowledge in using the bank's transaction banking solutions.
• Works with internal partners in promoting the bank’s strategy for transaction banking solutions.
• Contribute to the organization’s growth targets and ensure delivery of suitable customer experience.

Qualifications :

• Relevant experience in an implementation role in banking
• Possess strong technical skills and knowledge in using Excel, Word and Power Point, API/Host to Host, program installation and system installation
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
