Qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience including 5+ in client services/implementations/operations.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving complex issues across applications, data messaging, and networks.
• Ability to read and apply technical product specs for transaction-based and file-based integrations.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating portfolio of Commercial Banking Merchant Services clients from implementation to production.
• Advise on production validations, authorization performance, downgrades, settlement, and funding.
