Job summary

Eastern Communications, Ltd. seeks a Ka-Eastern Cluster Head to analyze business strategies and formulate monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans for the assigned account or industry.

You will guide the sales team in developing industry strategies and lead weekly sales operations meetings. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing, with at least 5 years in Sales and Marketing and 2 years in a managerial role, plus a background in ICT and Telco products, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Background in ICT and Telco products.
• Exceptional written and oral communication.
• Proficient communicator with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

He/She facilitates weekly team meeting for sales operations and guide the sales team in formulating specific industry strategies.
