Eastern Communications Ltd. seeks a Ka-Eastern Cluster Head to analyze business strategies and develop monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans for the assigned industry. You will drive strategic adjustments and ensure sales targets align with market opportunities in the Davao region.

You will facilitate weekly sales operations meetings and guide the sales team in formulating industry-specific strategies, leveraging ICT and Telco product knowledge to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of Sales and Marketing experience with a track record of success.
• 2 years in a managerial capacity with ICT/Telco background.

The Ideal Candidate Must Be

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Marketing.
• Experienced with at least 5 years of Sales and Marketing and 2 years in managerial capacity . And with background in ICT and Telco products.
• Exceptional in written and oral communication
• Proficient communicator and have outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
