Qualifications
- Proven onboarding experience with technical customers or partners.
- Strong knowledge of provisioning, account setup, and integrations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams.
- Ability to identify improvements using data and metrics.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and marketplace environments.
Responsibilities
- Guide new partners through onboarding from setup to adoption.
- Deliver onboarding sessions, enablement activities, and education.
- Tailor onboarding plans to partner objectives and needs.
- Support integrations, provisioning, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, Operations and Support teams.
