Cloud Bridge seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the uplift and modernization of engineering capabilities, driving automation across development, testing and production delivery. You will guide strategy, educate global teams, and deliver measurable improvements in productivity, time to market and resiliency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 7–10+ years leading DevOps in finance or tech.
• Led transformation programs increasing DevOps and SDLC automation.
• Measured improvements via DevOps investments and metrics-driven practice.
• Familiar with modern DevOps and SRE principles.
• Deep AWS cloud platform experience.
• Automating and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with SAFe Agile and Lean Delivery.
• Knowledge of third-party automation tools for SDLC, CI/CD and observability.
• Experience with Windows Server, Amazon Linux, RHEL, Ubuntu.
• Scripting: Python, Go, PowerShell, Bash, Groovy.
• Programming: Java, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Ruby, C++.
• Developer tooling: GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus.
• Containerisation with Docker and Kubernetes deployment.
• Pipelines as code and observability tools: OpenSearch, Cribl, Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch.

Responsibilities

• Design DevOps modernization and adoption strategy with current industry practices.
• Engineer internal tooling to automate software development, testing and delivery.
• Fully automate release pipelines to reduce manual overhead.
• Improve production stability and resiliency with observability tools.
• Support application teams adopting tools and agile delivery in cloud and on‑prem environment.
• Engage vendors to accelerate internal tool adoption and best practices.
• Architect containerisation and serverless solutions where appropriate.
• Drive environment management, logging and monitoring automation.
• Fulfilling ad hoc duties to meet business needs.
