Job summary

Rising Tide Digital Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned IT Infrastructure Leader to drive end-to-end cloud programs across AWS, Azure and GCP, overseeing scope, schedule, budgets, and delivery assurance for multi‑million projects.

You’ll lead architecture and migrations with Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tooling, enforce zero‑trust security, optimize costs, and manage vendor relations, executive briefings, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in IT Infrastructure Delivery, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering.
• Multi-Cloud delivery across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficient with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and DevSecOps shift-left practices.
• Experience presenting to executives and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Delivery: lead complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure programs across cloud environments.
• Architecture & Migration Leadership: direct workload migrations and containerization with Kubernetes/Docker.
• DevSecOps & Platform Automation: standardize IaC and secure CI/CD pipelines.
• FinOps & Cloud Economics: drive cost-optimization and efficient resource use.
• Governance & Security: enforce zero-trust, IAM, data protection, and compliance.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Engagement: manage vendor contracts and SLAs/KPIs.
• Incident & Operational Resilience: oversee incident management and DR runbooks.
