Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive customer support specialist in the Philippines to coordinate with third-party vendors and assist customers through loan origination workflows. The role requires front-facing experience in lending, flawless English communication, and meticulous data handling.

You'll respond to queries via Zendesk and similar tools, log issues, and help customers complete applications. Work is remote with US Pacific time hours and company-provided laptop.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience with US loan or mortgage account handling loan origination tasks.
Experience coordinating with third‑party vendors and customer interactions.
Experience closing for loan origination.
Proficient in English, written and spoken.
Strong documentation and title knowledge.
Able to work US Pacific time (9:00–18:00) from the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via Zendesk, Amazon Connect, or similar tools.
Document and log issues, compliments, and complaints.
Assist customers through the loan application flow when needed.
Track customer experiences across channels using logs, dashboards, and CRM.
