Qualifications

• Experience in administration, data entry, finance support, loan processing, or a similar back-office role.
• Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage documents, folders, naming conventions, and digital records accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter application data into loan management system accurately and promptly.
• Rename, organise, and save application documents in designated folders.
• Perform required checks (Google searches, Equifax, ABN, ASIC).
• Prepare application and submission information for internal credit review.
• Liaise with credit team and Finance Service Officers on details and requirements.
• Prepare customer documents for signing (wet or DocuSign).
• Access funder portals to verify quotes and release documents for signing.
• Upload documents into DocuSign and track signing status.
• Monitor documentation status and follow up on incomplete or corrected documents.
• Maintain accurate records and follow confidentiality procedures.
