Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Service Assistant to support Relationship Managers in implementing loan transactions and servicing clients. The role involves coordinating with appraisal, title verification, trade checks, and other departments to ensure complete and accurate credit facilities documentation.

You will prepare documents, monitor submissions, and assist with billing, schedules, and payments while maintaining orderly client files and strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/4-year degree in business, banking or finance.
• Knowledge of banking processes in loans and customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Requests checking with other departments and collates results for RM/AO evaluation.
• Prepares documents to implement credit facilities.
• Monitors document submissions and maintains orderly files for each account.
• Prepares various client requests such as statements, amortization schedules, and interest payments.
• Coordinates with units for collateral actions and payment applications.
• Monitors loan repricing and maturity dates via mainframe reports.
• Assists with loan/trade servicing and supports the booking unit and client.
• Prepares instruction sheets for loan/trade approvals by RM/AO.
• Reviews and sends billing statements to clients to ensure timely payments.
• Generates reports for RM/AO, Market Head, Team Head and Division Head.
• Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
