Medical Solutions Business Services Philippines seeks an Onboarding Specialist to support our Sales team and clinicians. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, ensure timely background checks, and maintain accurate documentation with a focus on rapid, compliant onboarding.

The role requires BPO experience, strong communication, and the ability to work across teams, including during US time zones. Office-based position at Bridgetowne, Quezon City.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in the BPO industry required.
• Experience in RPO, shared services, credentialing, or HR recruitment is a plus.
• Typing 35 wpm and ability to use Windows and basic office equipment.
• Speak and write professionally; follow instructions and manage multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires within a 10-day window.
• Ensure clinician satisfaction and a smooth onboarding experience.
• Complete pre-employment requirements including health checks and background checks.
• Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage up to 25 hires concurrently and 5–10 new hires weekly.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with MAS, CSCS, Recruiters, Sales and other teams.
