Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred or required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience in RPO, shared services, credentialing, or HR recruitment is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and basic office equipment; able to type at least 35 wpm.

Aufgaben

• Manage End-to-End Onboarding: coordinate full onboarding for new hires within 10 days.
• Ensure Clinician Satisfaction with a smooth onboarding experience.
• Complete Pre-Employment Requirements: health checks, licenses, and background checks.
• Handle Escalations from recruiters or clinicians and resolve them quickly.
• Manage high volume: up to 25 hires or assignments concurrently.
• Serve as primary contact for new hires throughout onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records: background checks, health tests, documents, updates.
• Monitor onboarding progress and escalate delays as needed.
• Collaborate with MAS, CSCS, Recruiters, Sales, and other teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and ISMS standards.
• Adapt to changing processes, tools, and standards over time.
• Work across assignment types with varied processes and complexities.
• Meet SLAs and complete onboarding activities within defined timelines.
