Client Onboarding Specialist

Responsible for leading the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition onto Cisive's platform and solutions. Works closely with sales, client success, and technical teams to coordinate seamless onboarding experiences and maintains accurate documentation.

Must be willing to work onsite in Quezon City and follow U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned new client onboardings.
• Plan, coordinate and execute onboarding plans.
• Create a collaborative partnership with internal teams.
• Establish strong rapport with new clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
• Coordinate with sales, client success, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
• Provide clear communication and ensure all onboarding documentation is current and accurate.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and enhance the overall client journey.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboardings simultaneously.
• Graduate of a 2-year or 4-year course preferred, or has at least completed 2 years of college.
• Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of background screening or related industries preferred.
• Strong focus on client satisfaction, providing timely support and creating effective solutions.
