B. Braun Group Philippines is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide advanced clinical support and training to healthcare professionals.

You will deliver education, assist with product implementation, and serve as a liaison to ensure optimal product usage and customer satisfaction. Requirements include a life sciences, nursing, or allied health degree, at least 3 years of clinical hemodialysis experience, willingness to travel up to 60%, and proficiency with Office 365.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or an allied health discipline.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in hemodialysis; hospital/critical care exposure is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and digital proficiency for clinical application support.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Training — Deliver training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations on devices and software; update materials.
• Product Implementation — Assist with device/software integration; provide on-site support during installations and upgrades.
• Customer Engagement — Build relationships with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals; act as primary clinical contact.
• Feedback & Insights — Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and clinical insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Work with sales, marketing, product development and tech support; assist with clinical demos.
• Compliance & Documentation — Maintain records of trainings and interactions; ensure regulatory compliance.
