Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, clinical sciences, or related healthcare field
• 1–2 years in clinical application support, medical device sales support, or clinical training within healthcare/pharma
• Strong knowledge of medical device operations, clinical applications, and healthcare facility workflows
• Proficiency in English and Filipino; additional languages advantageous

RBGM Medical Express Sales Inc is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our innovative medical devices and the healthcare professionals who use them. As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering expert technical support, clinical training, and application guidance to healthcare facilities and medical professionals. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes and the successful implementation of our medical device solutions across the Philippines healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical and clinical training to healthcare professionals on the proper use and application of medical devices

• Support clinical implementations and ensure smooth integration of medical devices into healthcare facility workflows

• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical applications training to healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and tailor clinical solutions accordingly

• Document and report on clinical training activities, customer feedback, and application challenges

• Support the development of clinical training materials and educational resources

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals

• Participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote clinical applications and gather market insights

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, biomedical engineering, clinical sciences, or a related healthcare field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in clinical application support, medical device sales support, or clinical training within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry

• Strong knowledge of medical device operations, clinical applications, and healthcare facility workflows

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to diverse audiences

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and medical professionals

• In-depth understanding of medical device regulations and compliance standards in the Philippines

• Proficiency in English and Filipino; additional languages are advantageous

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively

• Willingness to travel to healthcare facilities across the region for training and support activities

• Technical proficiency with training software and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Preferred: Experience with specific medical device categories or therapeutic areas relevant to our product portfolio

• Preferred: Clinical certification or credentials in a healthcare discipline
