Job summary

B. Braun in the Philippines seeks a Technical Project Executive to drive dialysis center projects, coordinating design layouts, and supporting greenfield and brownfield initiatives.

You will work hands-on in design coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project execution, with exposure to construction, compliance, and commissioning activities. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project execution, drafting experience (TESDA NC2 preferred), and proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, and

Qualifications

• Must have technical drafting experience, preferably TESDA NC2 certified or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of project execution experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Exposure to greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 90% of the time.
• Proficiency in technical and design applications (AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion) and Office 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution — Manage assigned projects or workstreams under guidance; track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Greenfield & Brownfield Projects — Support site development, design coordination, and construction execution; manage renovations with attention to safety and operational continuity.
• Design Coordination — Work with architects, engineers, and consultants; ensure layouts meet dialysis clinical requirements; support design reviews and change management.
• Contractor & Vendor Management — Monitor contractor progress; coordinate vendors for equipment and installations; elevate risks to project leadership.
• Cost & Schedule Tracking — Track costs against budgets; support variation orders, billings, and forecasts; update schedules and reports.
• Regulatory Compliance — Assist in securing permits and approvals; ensure compliance with DOH, LGU, and fire safety requirements.
• Commissioning & Handover — Support testing and commissioning; prepare handover documents, as‑builts, and manuals; coordinate readiness activities.
• Reporting & Documentation — Prepare updates, status reports, and issue logs; maintain complete project records.
