Job summary

B. Braun Philippines is seeking a Technical Project Executive to support the delivery of dialysis center projects, coordinating technical designs and live execution from greenfield to brownfield stages.

This hands-on role covers design coordination, documentation, and day-to-day project support across construction activities. The ideal candidate has TESDA NC2 certification, 2+ years in project execution, and proficiency with AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion, and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Technical drafting experience; TESDA NC2 certified or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of project execution experience in construction or related fields.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Exposure to greenfield and brownfield projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 90% of the time.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Lumion and Office 365.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution — Manage assigned projects or workstreams under guidance; track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Greenfield & Brownfield Projects — Support site development, design coordination, and construction execution; manage renovations with attention to safety and operational continuity.
• Design Coordination — Work with architects, engineers, and consultants; ensure layouts meet dialysis clinical requirements; support design reviews and change management.
• Contractor & Vendor Management — Monitor contractor progress; coordinate vendors for equipment and installations; elevate risks to project leadership.
• Cost & Schedule Tracking — Track costs against budgets; support variation orders, billings, and forecasts; update schedules and reports.
• Regulatory Compliance — Assist in securing permits and approvals; ensure compliance with DOH, LGU, and fire safety requirements.
• Commissioning & Handover — Support testing and commissioning; prepare handover documents, as‑builts, and manuals; coordinate readiness activities.
• Reporting & Documentation — Prepare updates, status reports, and issue logs; maintain complete project records.

As a Technical Project Executive, you will support the successful delivery of dialysis center projects by preparing and coordinating technical and design layouts, and assisting in the execution of both greenfield (new build) and brownfield (renovation/expansion) projects. This hands‑on role focuses on design coordination, documentation, and day‑to‑day project execution support, while gaining exposure to construction, compliance, and commissioning activities.
