Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries via call, text, Viber, and email.
• Schedule daily services/installations and update clients on ETAs.
• Follow up with clients and confirm installation schedules.
• Prepare Service Reports (SR) and quotations before installations.
• Coordinate with technicians and monitor field activities.
• Resolve schedule issues and provide client updates when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of SRs, quotations, and installation documents.
• Organize files for easy tracking and reporting.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.
