WHR Global Consulting seeks a proactive Client Success Manager to oversee mid-size to enterprise client relationships and ensure campaign success. The role serves as the primary liaison between clients and our team, focusing on renewal and upsell opportunities while reporting on program performance.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales, and client-management skills, with experience managing global accounts and navigating fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing mid-size to enterprise accounts.
• Experience in online sales with ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Proven onboarding, management, and retention of clients with high client satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical knowledge of B2B lead generation and sales processes is a plus.
• Experience in sales or marketing in a client-facing role is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the team’s performance, ensuring work efficiency and diligently tracking program status.
• Represent the company during programs, actively engaging with clients, and providing comprehensive reports on every aspect of the program.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients through consistent, proactive customer contact.
• Regularly update clients on program status and promptly address any immediate concerns during programs.
• Minimize client attrition by skillfully renewing service contracts.
• Upsell clients on additional products and services to maximize value.
• Join 2nd Meeting with OS/CSM
• Ensure that the client’s KPIs are met within the time frame specified in the contract.
• Report directly to the Senior Client Success Manager/Operations Manager, in the absence of the Senior Manager
• Report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing or the CEO.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the Senior Manager or the CEO.
• Reports and takes on tasks as directed by your uplines.
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Management.
