Job summary

WHR Global Consulting is seeking a proactive Client Success Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure campaign success, and serve as the primary liaison with clients in Iloilo City and Davao. You will lead responses to client needs, monitor KPIs, renew contracts, and upsell services while coordinating with senior leaders to maintain high client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing mid-size to enterprise accounts.
• Minimum 2 years in online sales with lead generation and closing deals.
• Proven onboarding, managing, and retaining clients with high satisfaction.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with global US/EU accounts preferred.
• Technical knowledge of B2B lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and track program status.
• Represent the company to clients and provide comprehensive reports.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive contact.
• Update clients on status and address concerns during programs.
• Renew service contracts to minimize attrition and drive renewals.
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize value.
• Ensure KPIs are met within the contract timeframes.
• Report to Senior Client Success Manager/Operations Manager or CEO when needed.
