Job summary

TGT Global is seeking a results-driven Customer Success professional to engage our clients and help their businesses grow from our Eastwood location. You will coordinate client meetings, lead QBRs, and ensure proactive retention through strong relationship-building and detailed follow-through.

Responsibilities include gathering feedback, driving customer advocacy programs, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Recruitment, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience coordinating client meetings, business reviews, and engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
• Lead client engagement initiatives and support QBRs.
• Identify opportunities, address risks, and help drive client retention.
• Gather and analyze client feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Support referral programs, webinars, and other advocacy initiatives.
