Qualifications

• 2.5+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a warm, professional phone presence.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Experience communicating with parents, educators, and professionals.
• Experience generating and qualifying leads through online platforms or similar channels.
• Ability to conduct initial conversations with prospective clients and escalate when needed.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Google Workspace, Zoom, and cloud apps.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for general inquiries and schedule meetings with management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current clients.
• Communicate with parents regarding tutoring progress and scheduling.
• Coordinate communication between parents, tutors, and internal staff.
• Collect, organize, and distribute student progress reports.

• Monitor lead platforms daily for prospective clients seeking tutoring services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via messaging, phone, and email.
• Qualify prospective clients and determine tutoring needs.
• Schedule consultations and appointments for management and staff.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update interactions.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely communication with clients.
