You will respond quickly, support onboarding, and handle escalations while coordinating with teams. This role requires adaptability, English fluency, and the ability to work with CRM scripts and various platforms.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in a Customer Success/Client-facing role.
• Neutral or excellent English speaking accent.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Tech savvy and adaptable to new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries.
• Communicate with clients via email, text and phone with timely responses.
• Handle client escalations and update internal platforms.
• Support onboarding and assist during scheduled client meetings.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls for additional assistance.
• Work independently and meet expectations without micromanagement.
• Identify issues early and address them before escalation.
• Learn to manage client call processes and CRM scripts.
