Job summary

RecruitGo Careers in the Philippines is seeking a Sales & Client Success Executive who will be the main contact for clients, build lasting relationships, and advocate on their behalf. You will recommend services, drive client satisfaction, and demonstrate value across engagements.

The role requires at least 2 years in client success or related fields, B2B sales experience, a business degree, strong communication, PM skills, and familiarity with accounting software such as Xero.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, account management, or strategic consulting.
• B2B sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with solid PM skills.
• Experience with accounting software (Xero) preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Attend client service requests and collaborate with internal teams.
• Provide client support via calls, texts, and email.
• Prepare content for newsletters and email blasts.
• Lead regular client success review meetings and drive improvements.
• Keep clients updated on product changes and new features.
