Sunlife Solar is seeking a diligent Client Service Center associate in the Philippines. You will accurately process payments, handle inquiries at the counter, and ensure daily collections are recorded and deposited in line with company procedures.

The role also covers office management tasks, supporting sales/marketing activities at one-man Client Service Centers, and maintaining proper documentation and reports for multiple business lines.

• Resolves inquiries at the counter using CSC applications.
• Scans new business and conversion applications per guidelines.
• Facilitates disbursement transactions and monitors service levels.
• Receives and processes payments for four lines of business.
• Maintains petty cash and prepares reports.
• Handles office logistics and prepares correspondence.
