Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing administrative roles or sales support.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Filipino knowledge is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence management, and coordination of meetings and client interactions
• Process sales-related documentation, client requests, and applications with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain and update client databases and sales tracking systems to ensure information is current and accessible
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients requiring sales support, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and other client-facing documents in a timely manner
• Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transaction processing and client onboarding
• Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks to maintain organisational standards
• Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending sales activities and client requirements
• Contribute to the achievement of sales targets through effective administrative support and client service excellence
