AMS, a global talent and workforce solutions partner, is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead Team Leaders, Recruiters, and Sourcers across regional accounts and drive commercial and people strategies in a collaborative environment.

Based in Paranaque City, this hybrid role partners with Senior Managers to ensure delivery excellence, develop people, and optimize budget and performance against KPIs, coaching teams, conducting talent reviews, and delivering a superior candidate and client

Formación

• Proven experience leading and managing Team Leaders, Recruiters, and Sourcers across large, complex regional solutions or multiple regional teams.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to drive commercial and people strategies while ensuring contractual service delivery and quality standards.
• Ability to develop and empower teams by providing the necessary tools, training, and support to attract, source, and engage top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with client recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership, while serving as the primary escalation point for day-to-day operational issues.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with experience monitoring account performance, tracking progress against agreed KPIs, and ensuring compliance with client governance and reporting requirements.
• Must be willing to work in Paranaque City.

Responsabilidades

• Execute people strategy across team span focusing on hiring, development, wellbeing, engagement and retention.
• Lead and develop direct reports with focus on tangible outcomes, talent development and provision of destination career pathways.
• Conduct Talent Review Meetings each Quarter with a focus on talent development and mobility across broader teams & COE.
• Conduct quarterly performance appraisals, mid-year and end of year reviews, including PDPs.
• Delivery Management/Performance, Compliance and Finance responsibilities and reporting.
• Input into budget and forecast processes to align team structures and performance with demand plans and client strategy.
