The Associate on our Client Services team owns end-to-end engagement, from sourcing experts to coordinating logistics, acting as the main line between client needs and insights delivery.

You will interact with senior executives across industries, managing multiple quick-turn projects, while thriving in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with training and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 6 months of relevant professional experience; client-facing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling.
• Speak with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones.
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple client workstreams.
• Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise.
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through.
