True North Insights in the Philippines is seeking an Associate on our Client Services team in Makati. You’ll own projects that influence clients’ strategic outcomes, from sourcing experts to coordinating logistics, acting as the bridge between client needs and insight delivery.

This night-shift, hybrid role requires strong English, a bachelor’s degree, and comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven work. Initial training onsite with KPI targets; later, WFH up to two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with strong academic performance.
• 0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience; client-facing is a plus.
• Outstanding communicator with clear emails to senior executives.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams

• This job is a night-shift, fixed schedule supporting our NYC office
• Hybrid work environment, 3 days on-site in Makati. 5 Days on-site are required during the initial training period and until achievement of KPI. WFH is permissible up to 2 days per week in non-training periods.

From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery. This is a front-line, client-facing role for driven professionals who thrive on responsibility, urgency, and impact.

No two days are the same. One hour you might be supporting a consulting firm evaluating grocery eCommerce by sourcing a former Fortune 10 executive; the next, helping a hedge fund understand aviation trends by recruiting a European airline specialist—under deadline.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (strong academic performance)

• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; Demonstrated ability to conduct professional phone calls and write clear, concise emails to senior executives
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship
