The Qualifications We Seek

Experience & Financial Operations

• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, data entry, bookkeeping, or general accounting
• Experience in reviewing contracts or obtaining contract data from service providers, preferred
• Strong customer service experience, with the ability to address client needs professionally and effectively

Communication & Client Relations

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships

Analytical & Organizational Skills

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions

Your Daily Tasks

Contract Research & Data Management

• Conduct contract research and analysis for prospective clients.
• Update the Client Tracker daily as new information becomes available.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client databases.
• Communicate with member companies to gather required information.

Client & Partner Support

• Respond to inquiries from the internal team, clients, and external partners.
• Investigate and resolve client account irregularities and inquiries.
• Support the internal team and collaborate with existing personnel as needed.

Billing & Accounts Receivable

• Generate client invoices and account statements based on charges provided by the partner.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date billing and accounts receivable records.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client account issues as they arise.
