Job Description

The Client Representative serves as the primary frontline ambassador of the hospital.

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, multi-channel client inquiries (Phone, FB, Viber, IG, Email), frontline patient intake and triage sorting (Infectious vs. Non-Infectious), managing Kreloses VMS records and doctors' daily charting compliance, tracking inquiry conversion rates, and promoting hospital promotions and services.
