Job summary

Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation is seeking a patient care coordinator to support pre- and post-procedure activities within our clinical support team. You will schedule laboratory tests, send reminders, prepare consent forms, and guide patients through aftercare.

You will maintain accurate patient records in the Medtrack system, assist with rescheduling, and obtain physician notes while addressing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre- and post-procedure patient care, including scheduling laboratory tests, sending appointment reminders, preparing and securing consent forms, providing aftercare instructions, and addressing patient inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Medtrack system, assist with procedure rescheduling, and request physician’s notes and other necessary documentation.
