MicroSourcing is seeking a People and Partnership Account Manager (Team Lead) to oversee client operations in Taguig. This onsite role requires coordinating with offshore teams, monitoring KPIs, and driving growth in client operations.

You will lead a team, ensure high-quality service delivery, and communicate effectively with clients and internal departments. The position demands strong English communication, adaptability to shifting schedules, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate studies advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years leading a team or supervising staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients on offshore team status and performance.
• Set up and monitor KPIs as defined by client and MicroSourcing.
• Coach and provide corrective actions to the team.
• Track attendance and enforce schedules and policies.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and handle staff queries.
