Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in Client Success or Account Management.
• Hands-on client management and service delivery background.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation for senior-level interactions.
• Strong problem-solving for client retention and satisfaction.
• Experience with Australian or international corporate clients.
• onsite in BGC on Australian day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a local team of Client Success professionals to ensure high performance and career growth.
• Oversee service delivery and ensure client satisfaction targets are met.
• Directly manage a portfolio of key accounts and handle escalations.
• Monitor team KPIs and workload distribution for quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate regular team huddles and coaching aligned with client goals.
