Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Account Manager (Client Relationship Officer) to be the primary contact for assigned enterprise clients across MOA Pasay, Harton Paranaque, Eastwood Libis and BGC Taguig. This onsite role emphasises proactive relationship management and high service delivery.

You will monitor SLAs, drive account growth, oversee pricing negotiations, and coordinate with HR, Finance and Legal to support staffing and contracting needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BPO account management or enterprise client success.
• Strong English and written/verbal communication with executive presence.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms, manage account P&L, and drive growth.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and manage expectations.
• Monitor SLA and resolve escalations, addressing breaches.
• Identify growth and retention opportunities within client accounts.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, discounts, and terms.
• Own pod hiring plan and coordinate staffing forecasts.
• Review and redline client contracts and escalate legal risks.
• Coordinate with Shared Services and Enterprise Enablement to meet client needs.
