• Conduct client follow-ups and lead nurturing activities.

• Participate in client meetings and networking activities.
• Support client engagement for solar energy solutions and O&M services.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and client databases.
• Prepare reports related to inquiries and account activities.
• Ensure timely responses to client concerns and requests.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns when needed.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends.
• Perform fieldwork and site inspections as required.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads and inquiries generated by the Marketing Department through calls, emails, messaging platforms, and meetings.
• Conduct client follow-ups, cold calling, scheduling of meetings, and lead nurturing activities to help convert inquiries into opportunities and revenue.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and service agreements for PV installation projects and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams regarding project requirements, service scope, and client concerns.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, presentations, and networking activities alongside senior team members.
• Support client engagement activities for solar energy solutions, PV installations, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines, monitoring sheets, client databases, and activity tracking reports.
• Prepare reports related to inquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and account activities.
• Ensure timely responses and proper endorsement of client concerns, requests, and project requirements.
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients to support long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Support the Marketing Department in basic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company events when needed.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
• Perform fieldwork, client visits, and site inspections as required by business operations.
• Learn and understand the companys business processes, services, and client servicing standards.
