Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on leads and inquiries generated by the Marketing Department.
• Conduct client follow-ups and lead nurturing activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for PV installation projects.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams regarding project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings and networking activities.
• Support client engagement for solar energy solutions and O&M services.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and client databases.
• Prepare reports related to inquiries and account activities.
• Ensure timely responses to client concerns and requests.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns when needed.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends.
• Perform fieldwork and site inspections as required.
