Job summary

Aereach Strategic Partners in Cebu City, Philippines is seeking a Client Success Associate and SDR to drive client engagement and revenue growth through proactive outreach, warm client support, and careful qualification of opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, client success, or another client-facing sales role.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, initiating conversations with new prospects, and communicating with business decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Call, Email First-Response & Live Chat Support following SOPs; respond promptly to chats, emails, and calls; track orders and provide shipping updates.
• Inbound sales development: qualify opportunities, send quotes, samples, and follow up to convert leads into orders.
• CRM & pipeline: keep records updated in Bitrix24 and perform weekly cleanup, tagging, and reminders.
• Outbound prospecting & business development: identify target accounts, build relationships, book high-quality meetings, and progress opportunities through the pipeline.
• CRM, pipeline & sales performance: maintain accurate records, follow up, and achieve defined KPIs for prospecting and revenue.
• Other responsibilities: assist with team admin tasks and coordinate across time zones.
