Job summary
Shore360, an Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, seeks a Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients and participants. You will manage customer records, coordinate documentation, and facilitate system setup across departments.
You will collaborate with operations, data teams, and client stakeholders to ensure accurate data, timely transitions, and continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service, operations, or onboarding.
- Strong attention to detail and data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems; excellent communication.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer records.
- Transfer data across systems and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to start services.
- Monitor onboarding progress and resolve timelines issues.
- Prepare onboarding reports and tracking tools.
- Support process improvements to boost onboarding efficiency.
