The position is onsite with a standard weekday schedule and opportunities for ongoing professional growth within a dynamic offshore finance team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Australian Accounting/Payroll experience.
• Proficient with Xero accounting software.
• Experience with Dext and Employment Hero is a plus but not required.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable with accurate invoice processing and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare payroll ensuring compliance with Fair Work and legal requirements.
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions daily with GST codes.
• Review and code incoming bills in Dext for proper GST and Xero export.
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end journal entries.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
• Meet reporting and payment deadlines; identify process improvements.
