Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator (Day Shift) to support HR operations across onboarding, recruitment, performance, training and employee engagement. The role coordinates the employee lifecycle and HR processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness and a positive employee experience.

You will work with Australian clients and offshore teams, using HiBob and other HRIS tools, handling records, payroll liaison, and compliance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR/People & Culture coordination experience.
• Working knowledge of Australian workplace legislation.
• Experience using an HRIS; HiBob preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in startup/scaleup or high‑growth environments.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Offshore or EOR employment exposure.
• Certificate IV or Bachelor's in HR/Business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including background checks, contracts, and system setup.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Assist recruitment activities, including sourcing and interviewing.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training initiatives.
• Manage HR administration, reporting and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate offboarding and exit processes.
• Support payroll liaison, compliance deadlines, and cross‑functional collaboration.
