Qualifications

• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders to deliver client service and experience while balancing robust operational management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across value chain to secure resources and buy-in for targets.
• Ability to understand and derive insights from MIS and performance data.
• Strong drive to deliver and meet business objectives.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills in English.
• Risk & AML certification as stipulated by bank policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality client service for the client tier under FI or Corporate.
• Ensure alignment between CCIB business and Client Management with regular engagement regarding priorities and issues.
• Engage internal stakeholders to streamline processes and implement changes.
• Act as a service partner with RMs, Product Sales, Operations to resolve client issues and identify opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and process consistency.
• Accelerate the shift to digital to align with client needs.
