• Ability to derive insights from MIS and performance data for improvements.
• Strong drive to deliver and articulate client needs to teams.
• Knowledge of local regulations (CDD, lending, risk management) and AML considerations.
• Superior English writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality client service for CCIB client tiers in FI or Corporate.
• Align CCIB business and Client Management with regular engagement on priorities and gaps.
• Drive process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance service.
• Support regulatory and audit requests and manage outsourcing policy adherence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and robust risk controls across processes.
