You will manage projects for the affluent segment, develop executive-ready reports, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field — or 3 years of experience managing projects in a client-focused environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of executive management.
• Proven problem-solving and creative thinking capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including crafting presentations for executive audiences; strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Ability to acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver multiple projects and initiatives supporting the Commercial Solutions Client Service business.
• Collaborate with partners across the affluent segment and other lines of business to drive project success.
• Champion the client experience model, ensuring divisional execution meets client expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for more effective ways of working and recommending solutions.
• Direct project activities, monitor progress, and set priorities to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend actionable solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Develop and implement value-adding business solutions independently and with minimal oversight.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports and presentations for leadership audiences.
• Participate in operational and project meetings, providing project status updates and escalation as needed.
• Execute commitments with urgency and a solution-focused mindset.
• Identify risks and elevate project issues promptly, driving effective resolution.
