Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client service, operations, sales, portfolio management, or financial services.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or relationship management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of risk awareness and adherence to compliance standards. Proven ability to drive process improvements and contribute ideas for service enhancements.
• Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Resolve client issues by identifying root causes and taking ownership from initiation to resolution
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal service and solutions
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
